    • Cause-specific infertility treatment, including ovulation induction, laparoscopic surgery, or
    • intrauterine insemination (IUI). If pregnancy is not achieved with standard treatments, fertility
    • specialists will consider appropriate assisted reproductive technologies such as IVF.
    • Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) A convenient fertility treatment suitable for couples with no significant physical reproductive issues. The male partner’s sperm is collected during the female partner’s ovulation period, processed to select the strongest sperm, and then directly injected into the uterus to improve the chances of fertilization.
    • In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) A highly effective treatment that does not require general anesthesia or abdominal surgery. Mature eggs are retrieved through the vagina, fertilized with sperm in a lab, and cultured until they reach the 4–8 cell stage or develop into a blastocyst. The embryo is then transferred back into the uterus via the vaginal route.
    • Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) Ideal for couples with very low sperm count or no sperm in the semen but active sperm production in the testes. A single sperm is injected directly into an egg using a fine glass needle, then cultured into an embryo and transferred into the uterus.
    • Egg Freezing (Oocyte Cryopreservation) A fertility preservation method where a woman’s eggs are collected and frozen using advanced cryopreservation techniques. These eggs can later be fertilized using assisted reproductive technologies at an optimal time.

  • Menopause Evaluation and Treatment Services

    • Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to relieve hot flashes and vaginal irritation.
    • Symptom-based medication for significant discomfort, such as pain relievers for headaches or joint pain, or psychotropic medications for anxiety, depression, or insomnia.
    • Women’s health screening in preparation for menopause.

  • Laparoscopic Surgery

    • Laparoscopic surgery involves inserting a small camera into the abdominal cavity through an incision as small as 0.5–1 centimeter. This minimally invasive technique is commonly used to treat abnormalities involving the uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries.

  • Hysteroscopic Surgery

    • Hysteroscopic surgery involves inserting a small camera, typically 2 to 10 millimeters in diameter, into the uterine cavity through the vagina. This procedure is used for patients with intrauterine lesions such as fibroids or polyps, which often present with abnormal vaginal bleeding, spotting, or irregular menstrual cycles. Compared to traditional dilation and curettage (D&C), hysteroscopic surgery offers significant advantages: it provides clear visualization of the lesion, allows for precise tissue removal, and minimizes damage to the surrounding uterine lining.
